Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using the services of Fanta's Empire ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Deposits
All appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit paid via Cash App or Zelle to be confirmed. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged by Fanta's Empire. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the appointment will be accommodated based on availability. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
3. Mobile Concierge Services
Mobile concierge services are provided up to 50 miles from Rockville, MD. A travel fee applies and will be confirmed before the deposit is collected. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and adequately spaced environment for services. Fanta's Empire reserves the right to decline or discontinue service in an unsafe environment.
4. Service Results
Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance. We make no guarantee of specific results beyond our professional best efforts. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will work to address your concern.
5. Health & Allergy Disclosure
Please disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, or hair concerns before your appointment. Fanta's Empire is not liable for reactions to products used if known allergies were not disclosed. Clients with active scalp infections may be asked to reschedule.
6. Photography
Fanta's Empire may photograph completed styles for portfolio and marketing use. Clients who do not consent must inform us before the appointment. Consenting clients grant Fanta's Empire a perpetual, royalty-free license to use images on its website and social media platforms.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is disrespectful, abusive, or creates an unsafe environment for our staff. Deposits will not be refunded in cases of service refusal due to client conduct.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
